Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of snazzypro.com and to bookings of Snazzy Productions services (photo, video, drone, 360° tours, animation). By sending a booking request or accepting a quote you agree to them.

Shopping at our 3D shop, Snazzy 3D, is covered by its own terms: snazzy3d.com/terms.

1. Requests and quotes

• A booking request through the form, email or WhatsApp is not binding. A project is confirmed once the written quote is accepted and the deposit (if any) is paid.
• Price, scope, schedule, deposit and number of revisions follow the written quote agreed for each project.

2. Scheduling and cancellation

• Rescheduling by the client depends on the team's availability. Cancelling close to the shoot date may incur a fee as set in the quote.
• If the shoot is prevented by weather (for example for drone work) or circumstances outside our control, we reschedule together with you.

3. Deliverables and portfolio

• Unless agreed otherwise, the client receives the right to use the final work and we may show it in our portfolio. Tell us if your project is confidential.
• The client confirms they hold the rights to material given to us (logos, music, photos, locations) and have the consent of people who appear where needed.

4. Content and messages

Messages you send through forms must be civil and lawful. We may remove content and restrict access if it is misused.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability for a project is limited to the value of that project. We are not liable for indirect losses.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page and applies to projects agreed after its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
