Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data Snazzy Productions at snazzypro.com (photo, video, drone, 360° tours) collects, why, how long it is kept, and your rights.

Our 3D shop, Snazzy 3D, has its own privacy policy: snazzy3d.com/privacy.

1. Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
• Booking requests: name, email, WhatsApp number, service, date, location, rough budget and the project details you write.
• Projects and portfolio: photos and videos from projects, which may show the client's people, places or products.
• Security: IP address and browser type when you send a form, to prevent spam and abuse.

2. Why

To answer questions, prepare quotes and schedules, carry out projects, and prevent spam. We may show project work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise; tell us if your project is confidential, or if you appear in the portfolio and want a picture taken down. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person filled in a form.
• YouTube loads a portfolio video only after you press play.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.

4. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: a session cookie (with a CSRF security token for forms) and a lang cookie that remembers your language. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

• Messages and booking requests: as long as needed to answer them and for project records.
• IP addresses on forms: deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Project and invoice data: as long as needed for bookkeeping and legal duties.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, including taking a picture down from the portfolio, by contacting us. Data we must keep for bookkeeping is kept for the required period.
